New login
Registration with a new look and feel
The first new feature of the update will be immediately apparent to you. The mail2many login page mail2many given a makeover—with all the tried-and-tested functions still intact. Technically, a lot has changed: we have centralized user management and made it even more robust and secure. There is a new address for the login page. This is the same for all users and is: auth.mail2many.de Of course, you can still easily access the login page via the "Login" button at the top right of the mail2many.
Account selection
Allow existing users to access additional accounts
For our customers who use multiple accounts with us, it is now easier to authorize users for additional accounts. As an administrator, simply create a new user. mail2many that the email address already exists in the system, the user can also be transferred to the additional account.

Customize mail2many individual mail2many
Over 50 plug-ins and modules already ensure that our customers can mail2many use and connect mail2many with other applications. This often involves exchanging recipient data, transferring content from other systems, and querying shipping statistics. Special functions, such as generating codes or exchanging target links during publication, are also in use. With this update, the functions and connection options have been further expanded.

Further optimizations and innovations
Dynamic list templates
For list templates, it is now possible to dynamically expand them with additional content blocks in the editor (template customization required).
Custom variables in the Mail Wizard
Additional, customer-specific fields can be created for the shipment wizard. Use these to assign a specific shipment or campaign number to a shipment, for example, which you can then clearly identify later in the statistics.
Extended API
The Open API has been expanded to include additional routes and functions.
