The content has been created and the newsletter has been sent. How will your recipients react? Which articles generate the most interest? And what are the open and click rates? The new reporting function from mail2many the answers directly to your inbox.
The function can be set up in just a few clicks in the "Statistics" section under the "Reports" menu item. Specify when you would like to receive the report and who should receive it. Even people who do not have mail2many can receive the reports. Once set up and activated, mail2many will automatically send you mail2many statistics for each transmission.

File export of unsubscriptions
In the statistics for a broadcast, you could already see who had unsubscribed from the respective broadcast. From now on, unsubscriptions can be exported as Excel, CSV, or XML files at the touch of a button.
New authorization role "Administrator"
The new authorization role allows user accounts to be restricted so that recipients mail2many manually created or imported into mail2many . This is useful, for example, if recipient lists are linked to external systems or if new recipients are only created and synchronized via interfaces (API).
